ColdPlay Viva La Vida
Viva La Vida is better tune than Violet Hill. The music gives you the hyper mood, definitely a great album! I’m glad it’s doesn’t sound like X&Y. can’t wait to get hold of the album.

The fresh food people
Nowadays Kuching people really got lot of new toilet to test drive. First you got Boulevard Kuching than The Spring, now you have Cold Storage. There’s few more building coming up soon this year or next. I don’t think the people here are that ready to spend their money.

Not bad la this place got lot of Ah pek Ah mah, after it’s all about foods, drinks, vegetables, imported cans products and all other junk la. My internet friends and my staff sometime call me Ah Pek too for your info.

When I was in Tokyo with my colleague they bring sillier coke cans back to Malaysia for collection! If you don’t mind to collect pop soda bottles from Kuching, Cold Storage has plenty of it! Small and cute the way you like it.
I like peanut butter more, I don’t like jam but this one is special! Diabetic Apple Jam?

Kopi O any one? I remember my grandmother use to ask me for my help and I would barefoot walk to the nearby hawker store which 5 min away for the coffee powder. It use to be only 1 ringgit, the cheapest drink to live by but we feel it very expensive back then. I miss my dad, grandpas and grandmother! I love you guys and this coffees powder is the up and down, our good time and bad time together. *cry* I wish they were alive I would be very happy

For your doggy foods, I don’t like doggy
I must say that it’s creative fresh foods outlets but boring. Limited parking space and they charge freaking RM2 per entry! The management should go screw themselves for this retarded car park charges. One thing they did right is recycling bins! Good job well done!

Before I pen down, here come the sexy model
I thought he looks pretty good eh?

I am the regular customers of Imperial International Hotel of Kota Kinabalu.
6 months back, I must say that I am totally impressed with their service. I like how the hotel staffs offer help and will always greet and smile to the customers. I always tip them though we don’t have to. I still remember the very first time my friend and I visited the hotel, it was still under renovation the toilet bowl, bath tub, and the sink is still shinning and clean. First class with best rate!
Last week when I’m there again for my monthly visit, I realize there wasn’t any smile or greeting. Normally, when I’m walking heading to the lifts, I will keep myself especially alert because I don’t want to be impolite for not responding to the energetic staff with their smile and greeting – they always greet! I was surprise that the staff wasn’t greeting this time and in fact just looking down the floor and holding walkie-talkie and passed by customer as if nothing happen.
During my stay 11th – 16th May, (unfortunately) I have lost my Sony T100 camera charger. I have make a total 3 – 4 calls and personally visited the hotel again last week 18th – 20th Jun while staying I requested the counter person to help me to check. From the calls I made and personal visit, the answers given to me was – “I’ll get housekeeping to check and will get back to you”
I haven’t heard from them since… (by the way their email on their website doesn’t work, make it double suck!)
From the pass 2 visit I stayed with the hotel, I have a great breakfast at the RoofTop! Coffee is ready as soon as customer seated and clean plate, forks & spoon is served and always ready for customer – it’s so comfortable.
Last week, coffee was on self service (not a big deal – most hotel do) what FREAK me out are NO coffee cup, and NO plate at the buffet table?????? The table has no complete forks and spoons ready…. I am force to take fork and spoon from another table. The foods are horrible and cold. At 8.30am the foods on the table is almost empty and customers keep coming in. Guess what, curry left over was the bones and no one seems to care to refills. Some customer is looking up and down the coffee table hopefully to find a cup or hopefully the attentive staffs to notice the funny grumpy face.
There is this foreigner ladies try to pour the fresh milk out of empty fresh milk dispenser, she went back to her table than few second later come back again and repeat the funny move on the empty milk dispenser! It’s doesn’t make sense I know, but it happen.
Some old ladies circle round the buffet table. I am one of them in the search for plates. In fact I did it 3 times and I guess morning exercise is good for customers who weren’t that awake. The circling also strengthens ones Kiasu-ness.
Anyway, the hotel service sucks period.
