Welcome to a New Retail Beginning

The Spring Kuching WebsiteThe Spring Shopping Mall” in Kuching was the second (and the biggest) shopping mall in Kuching which open to public on the 10th January 2008. I missed the whole load of fun during the opening if not I’ll be the silly reporter covering the events *laugh* Anyway, Kuching is now officially the shopping haven destination for all the Sarawakian and the surrounding country! (Brunei & Indonesia). I know a friend’s cousin travel by car — all the way from Bintulu to Kuching today to add more traffic jam to the mall.

The Spring Shopping Mall KuchingFor now “The Spring Shopping Mall” is the largest shopping mall in Sarawak but for the next one or two year, Boulevard Shopping mall will take the crown once again. They already have plans in the pipe line to make Boulevard Kuching Shopping Mall as gigantic as possible and promise great families hang out place with all in one roof theme park, shopping and movies. Something like that *smile* More

Cemetery 1I grew up in this squatter’s area for more than 15 years. My grandmother and grandfather sold off their land at 17th miles and move here for more than 40 years. I was 11 years old when my father bought a shabby house for RM500 (USD143) from the previous tenant. This small areas houses Iban (majority) Bidayuh & Chinese.

On December 12, 2007 The Borneo Post publish an article “170-year-old Iban cemetery in pitiful state” urging the Dayak community to clean up the cemetery. When I examine the photo closely I was surprise the picture shown is the place where I use to live, in fact my parents and my sibling still stay there. I’ve tried to convince my mom to move to my new house but she still like to stay there for a while longer to see if the local government would relocate them to a better housing area. More

Hi every one,

If you were redirected while surfing my blog pages to an unfamiliar site (example below) yesterday, I like to apologies. This is due to advertlets.com domain name expired and they will still having the same problem resolving their domain name for the next 24 – 48 hours because Advertlets.com renew their domain one day after the domain name expired. I have deleted off some of their link from my blog to avoid my blog being hi-jacked to display the expired domain name announcement + illegal ads!

This whole week seem a bad week for me. My house phone was down from Tuesday – Friday, to make the whole thing more complicated my house Streamyx DSL line was down even after my house phone line was fix on Friday. I have to pay extra using 3G internet connection to surf online. Not to mention my “lengthy, waste time & money” conversation with TM. Does TM hiring a bunch of people that get a job done or make the situation worse? How do you feel when you were on hold for 15min and when it get connected some one singing happily at the background? More
