I have never been outside the USA, besides Canada. You are indeed lucky to see these great places!
People I consider friends are those that have respect for their fellow man, and show interest in someones daily life. Genuine and kind people are rare and you seem to have these qualities. I don’t know if that answers your question, but that would be my best answer!

I’m also like yourself never go out side any country but i got lucky to have won this tickets to Gold Coast Australia last year from channel [V]!
