What is work? How businesses run these days?

I just finish doing my own laundry few minutes ago. As I busy about doing it, I kept thinking of how satisfy my team has accomplish their task last night. It’s not the numbers that show a successful road show but it was the willingness, energy, will to win, their focus on the subject-objective and every one work together to achieve “something” but not flawlessly. Most importantly a sense of “we are getting there!”
Late at this hour, the usual toast of your hundred dollars liquid has gone at least 2 bottles down the throat. Some kisses and turning enjoying their life in square concrete wall with partner and while some facing the fancy flat screen with the subwoofer base hard enough to shake the house down. There is no other better day than evening of Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning it was haven for many!
She was a mother of two, staying late while chasing the dream of her own; to fulfill the family needs was not an easy task. She took few minutes to buy her daughter a birthday gift for the coming third year of happiness. These days, missing the caress from the love one is not a strange thing to her anymore. The feeling was good for her as soon I call it a day, she couldn’t be happier to have accomplished 3 things today! One, present is ready for her daughter’s birthday. Second, we have brought in the numbers and third; her boss is happy.
Here’s another gal, she is young and she is tall! She can walk twice as fast than you. She sat impatiently while the food is late on the serving! She can not tolerate delay for the food and she would skip her drink should the waiter/ waitresses are slow and would eat her whole meal in about a minutes. Well we do talk about “not so healthy way of eating our food” but for her every second, minutes, hours it’s a must be spend wisely.
How businesses are run today? Smart and hard work does not really help in some opportunity. You need lot of hard work, commitment, trust and times. You must not take easy way out. Your enthusiasm toward success depends so much on your attitude.
“So do all who live to see such times… …But that is not for them to decide.” 
“All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.”
I have spent so much times working since the beginning of my teenage days. I have lost the entire friend from my child hood and I have made a new one and I lost them again and at the end the one who stand beside you are those who share the moment and form the new memories in the present time. Those that meet you on the street from before would just amaze how they can’t recognize you any more.
What I’m so proud about the team “attitude” was that we work to keep the company running. When we are out there; “company comes first and family comes second!”
Over the years of my experience, the only success root to anything we do is “Do Not Mix Work and Family” failure come from personal problems cum your excuses and it became the biggest conflict of interest of yourself.
It’s a total failure for a person to be a quitter and the one thing worse than a quitter is the one who is afraid to begin.
Here’s a positive attitude. Check your time because that’s not the one thing that stops you from being different even when it seems that no one is doing it. Especially when you are low and saw others are enjoying while you are at work.
